An award-winning builder specialising in architecturally designed homes is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $6M new build in Palm Beach. Designed by a leading architect, this project is a standout on a stunning site, with a strong team behind it.

You'll be supported by a Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Leading Hand, and a skilled carpentry crew. The company runs well-organised sites and takes pride in producing quality work with a focus on detail, safety, and structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations and ensure high standards on site

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers

Communicate with architects, engineers, and consultants

Maintain WHS compliance and site safety

Monitor program, progress, and report to the Project Manager

Provide leadership and direction to your team

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years' experience in site management

Experience with architectural or high-end residential builds

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Confident running a project from start to finish

Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans

Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards

You must live on the Northern Beaches or North Shore for this role due to the location and nature of the project.
