If this sounds good to you, then we have the ideal role for you. We have an exciting opportunity for casual Zipline Guides to join our team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures

All of our roles are focused on ensuring that our guests have the most amazing experiences, and here at Merlin, we emphasize FUN As a Zipline Guide, your primary focus will be providing guests with the ultimate rainforest experience while visiting the Illawarra Fly. You will ensure safe departures and arrivals, provide interesting interpretations of the natural environment, and answer customer inquiries regarding zip lining and the natural surrounds.

A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest experience with a focus on fun. You should be confident in leading and entertaining groups of guests with health and safety as a priority. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but a desire to work in the entertainment industry is essential. Please note that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability. Current First Aid certification and a Working with Children Check are required prior to starting.
