AIM Therapy is a company passionate about improving the lives of children and their families We are a multidisciplinary and collaborative team of over 35 therapists and professionals (Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Physiotherapists). We provide both individual and group therapy services to children all across Perth. Want to join a team where you instantly feel at home?   • You would join our team in our customised fitted out clinic.
  • If you are a senior, your highly valued skills and knowledge benefit not only your own caseload, but provide supervision to our passionate junior team in achieving clinical goals.
  • As a senior, you will have leadership opportunities including supporting the team, student supervision, research and development projects, presentations to the team, and feedback for process improvement.
  • Therapy rooms include a wide range of therapy resources such as toys, games, sensory equipment, monkey bars, swings, climbing equipment, and a range of therapeutic equipment.
  • Premises include staff workstations, team meeting and lunch space.
  • Our clinical support and supervision team comprises of senior paediatric therapists and Team Leads for each discipline who ensure access to best practice assessments and evidence-based therapeutic tools and resources.
  • Our management team comprises of a General Manager, Clinical Coordinators for each premises, and two practice managers to support your working environment.
  • Our admin team takes care of all invoicing and bookings which enables you to focus on your clients, supporting other therapists as well as your own professional development.
