Location: Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane

Responsibilities
  • Experience in Configuring, Design and Development on FileNet, especially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager. Candidate will work in a team of highly motivated technical experts delivering challenging high-visibility projects.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced development model.
  • Working experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
  • Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with IBM BAW Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Develop system monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
  • Work on estimation and sizing for new proposals.
  • Be ready to travel as needed.
Qualifications / Skills
  • 12+ years of IT industry experience. 10+ years experience in IBM Records Manager, FileNet as a Developer, Designer and Architect.
  • Ability to define a road map for a client in ECM FileNet solution.
  • Strong experience in Records Management, Archival, Retrieval.
  • Working experience in Agile methodology.
  • IBM FileNet P8 expert level; FileNet P8 5.5.x / 5.6.
  • Java/J2EE - Advanced; Spring - Advanced; JUnit - Advanced; iBatis/Hibernate - Intermediate.
  • Additional skill – WebSphere.
  • Strong experience of P8 Content Engine and Process Engine APIs.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer interfacing, written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

AUD 129,311 - 142,018 (Annual Gross). Note: The above salary range is indicative and may be subject to adjustments based on internal processes.
