YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Are you a creative visionary passionate about print? We are seeking a talented Senior Print Textiles Designer to lead the design and development of printed artworks and embroideries for our global collections.

In this role, you will stay ahead of market trends, develop original and on-brand printed artworks, manage strike-off approvals, and oversee production quality to maintain design integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Research local and overseas market trends via magazines and online sources.
• Analyze trend relevance and collaborate with the Buyer & Designer to develop collections.
• Identify emerging trends to keep Forever New at the forefront of fashion.
• Create and visualize innovative artworks aligned with Forever New's style.
• Monitor competitors and external trends to identify missed opportunities.
• Participate actively in weekly design meetings, sharing ideas and insights.
• Collaborate in workshops to develop trend boards and color palettes.
• Prepare trend prediction research and contribute to trend booklets.
• Translate trends into the Forever New handwriting and provide trend reports.
• Develop trend boards based on monthly storyboards.
• Contribute to artwork development, ensuring commercial viability and technical feasibility.
• Adhere to copyright laws and ensure all artwork details are clearly documented.
• Ensure artwork is to scale, correctly graded, and properly formatted for production.
• Create graphics for seasonal themes regularly.
• Discuss new research and ideas daily with the Design and Buying teams.

The Skills & Experience You Offer

• Qualification in Fashion Design or Graphic Design.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Senior Print Designer.
• Strong technical knowledge of screen and digital printing on various fabrics.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and understanding factory capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Skilled in designing feminine floral prints.
• Management experience leading a design team.
• High attention to detail, good management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local and international fashion retail markets.
