Overview

We're on the hunt for a Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer who thrives in cloud-native environments and wants to shape the infrastructure behind a high-performance application. You'll be instrumental in designing systems that are scalable, observable, and resilient, empowering our developers to ship faster with confidence.

What You'll Do
  • Optimise and evolve our AWS infrastructure as we grow.
  • Enable flexible, modular deployment strategies.
  • Drive automation across CI/CD, monitoring, and autoscaling.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to build reliable, production-ready services.
What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, RDS, Lambda, or similar).
  • Familiarity or keen interest in event-driven architecture.
  • A proactive mindset toward automation, reliability, and system design.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a passion for performance at scale.

  • Role: This is a long-term, on-site role in Maroochydore, Queensland, for candidates with the right to work in Australia. We value in-person collaboration to solve real problems side by side.
