The Opportunity

Our beautiful hotel is looking for a passionate and seasoned Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team on a Full-Time basis. As the face of the hotel, Guest Service Agents play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. Exemplary customer service skills are a must for this role

Your Day-to-day

  1. Ensure a smooth and efficient check in and check out experience for guests.
  2. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  3. Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  4. Process transactions, handle cash or credit card payments and provide accurate billing information.

Our Successful Candidate Will Have

  1. A passion for delivering positive guest experiences.
  2. A proactive demeanor.
  3. Previous Front Office experience in a five-star hotel environment.
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook is essential.
  6. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  7. Previous Opera knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential.
  8. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, mornings, weekends and public holidays.
