We are currently seeking a Full time Maintenance Handyman to join the team at Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel. You will beresponsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairswithin the property.

About the role:

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
• Maintain daily work records and service schedule
• Monday to Sunday Rosterof 38hours, with potential to increase
• Pay rate $25.80ph Monday to Friday with award rates on weekend

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
• Must have experience in pool maintenance
• A passion for delivering exceptional service;
• Strong time management skills;
• An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications.
