The Role:We are seeking motivated Personal Trainers to join our team at our Nundah Club As a Personal Trainer, you will play an essential role in engaging members, making them feel welcome, and guiding them through their fitness journey. You will work as a sub-contractor, setting your own hours and growing your business.
Key Responsibilities:- Design personalized health and fitness programs and deliver 1:1 and small group training sessions.
- Build and manage a client base with warm leads provided.
- Participate in Transform8 – Our 8-week challenge, involving group classes to gain exposure to members and potential clients.
- Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN, and Insurance. (If you lack these, keep scrolling & APPLY)
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- High energy, charisma, and communication skills to motivate members.

- Client Progress & PT Exposure – Use our mirrored posing rooms and body scanner for progress tracking, and feature your PT profile on our website.
- Social Media & Advertising – Promote your services on our club's social media pages and participate in advertising campaigns to boost your personal brand.
- Build-Up Phase for Rent – Gradually grow your client base before full rental payments begin, easing your transition into a thriving PT career.
- Discounts on Supplements – Support your clients' goals with access to discounted supplements.
- Recovery at Merse Wellness Spa – Enjoy discounts on recovery treatments such as infrared sauna, hydrotherapy, cold plunge, and massages.
