Day-to-day You Will

  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks and clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

Our Capacity and Support

  • Graduate-specific induction week covering community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.
  • Support: colleagues and a buddy from the previous cohort for guidance.
  • Supervision: 1:1 discipline-specific supervision to support transition to full-time work and caseload management.
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of induction, training and upskilling.
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: laptops, phones and ready-to-use therapy resources across sites.

About You

We seek Speech Pathologists with a genuine interest in supporting participants with disability, a drive for improving care and a focus on participant goals.

You Will Also Hold

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
