Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pathology Collector to join our team at Healius. As a Pathology Collector, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients with care and attention
  • Keeping accurate records for every patient and sample
  • Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaising with patients, clinic staff, and couriers
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or Certificate III in Pathology Collection
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organised and able to work autonomously
  • Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or valid visa with permission to work
