Casual Sales Assistant | BONDS Outlet | Sunshine

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Team Member to join the Bonds Sunshine Marketplace store. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

Responsibilities
  • An absolute PASSION for retail & customer service. Your best days are the ones where you have created memorable and empowering experiences for your customers.
  • Use initiative and proactive problem solving; you often contribute with a ready attitude.
  • Clear and upbeat communication; ensure customers can hear your smile.
  • Flexibility to help out during the week, evenings and weekends.
  • Support with day-to-day retail operations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Strong customer service mindset and enthusiasm for fashion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
