Summary: As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Superloop, you will design, deliver, and maintain our corporate IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments, acting as a senior technical leader within the Corporate Infrastructure team. You will work across cloud and on‑prem environments, collaborating with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to enable rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery. You will also be the technical gatekeeper for AWS infrastructure and lead implementation of secure Single Sign-On (SSO) across internal, third‑party, and SaaS platforms.

• Infrastructure Architecture & Operations: Manage Superloop's corporate infrastructure stack (hypervisors, virtual machines, and AWS environments); design, document, secure, monitor, and integrate infrastructure services across hybrid environments; ensure high availability, scalability, and performance aligned with SLA and compliance; lead infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Platform & System Management: Deploy and manage infrastructure across public/private cloud platforms, including hyper‑converged infrastructure; oversee compute and storage systems in the corporate datacentre; manage internal corporate networks ensuring availability and performance; support and maintain AWS, Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID environments; administer and harden Active Directory and authentication systems.
• Automation & DevOps Support: Maintain and optimize a predominantly Linux‑based global server fleet (with some Windows); support CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling; collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to provision, configure, and manage development and testing environments.
• Governance & Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation including infrastructure diagrams, system configurations, and procedures; ensure audit readiness through version‑controlled documentation and change management practices.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, efficiency, and system hardening initiatives; research and implement emerging technologies aligned with growth and security strategies.
• Operational Oversight: Lead day‑to‑day operational management including monitoring, incident response, and service restoration; maintain vendor relationships and manage third‑party services; participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation.

• 8+ years in infrastructure engineering or system administration roles.
• Proven experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 and Windows Active Directory (auth configuration for Linux).
• Experience with Entra ID (SSO via SAML/OIDC configuration).
• Proficient with hypervisors and virtualization platforms (e.g., KVM, VMware).
• Strong understanding of core networking: VLANs, segmentation, firewalls.
• Linux (preferred) and Windows server administration.
• Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Strong system design, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.
