Our Graduate Program aims to challenge and prepare you for a successful career with DHL Supply Chain. You will experience fast progression and a clear career pathway as an Operational Leader. Your Graduate experience includes:

  • A 24-month program with the flexibility to secure a post-program role within DHL after the first year
  • A supportive induction, including stepping into a Frontline Operator position and development through top-tier training
  • Early responsibility as a Supervisor, leading a team and managing operations after 6 months
  • Involvement in strategic and cross-sector projects
  • Support networks including a 1-on-1 mentor, Graduate Buddies, and Program Lead
  • Regular performance feedback and personal development planning
  • A learning framework focused on personal growth, with monthly workshops and networking opportunities
  • Opportunities to collaborate with a graduate cohort on various projects

Requirements

  • A completed university degree (relevant fields include Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and driven for success in a Supply Chain environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A valid driver's license
