Our dedicated national team of Mobile Service Technicians plays a vital role in our business. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will deliver consistent and high-quality service solutions to support our customers daily.
This hands-on role requires regular travel to customer sites to perform various types of service requirements on forklift equipment. You'll enjoy the variety of the job ensuring your day is never the same.
You may be performing planned maintenance, attending emergency breakdowns, or conducting challenging overhauls. Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll appreciate working with a great team at our Sydney branch who provide support.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe main focus involves mobile servicing of customer forklifts (up to 7 tonne for light equipment and 10+ tonne for heavy equipment) and other lifting equipment:
- Planned maintenance and inspections,
- New machine builds,
- Modifications
To be considered, you should have an automotive mechanic trade background, be a team player, able to work with minimal supervision, possess good customer service relationships, and be reliable and punctual.
