Overview

The Facilities team at Rheinmetall MILVEHCOE in Redbank Ipswich is seeking a Maintenance Planner Facilities to join our site. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, safe and compliant execution of all site service, maintenance and compliance activities at MILVEHCOE and other national sites. The Facilities team is small but highly motivated, with a strong emphasis on safety, day-to-day coordination, and involvement in projects to improve plant reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule maintenance and service activities for MILVEHCOE and other national sites, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the site maintenance planning function covering mechanical, electrical and general on-site activities.
  • Assess problems and plan upgrades, and drive proactive maintenance to keep equipment at the highest standard.
  • Use CMMS to track maintenance work, compliance, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and focus on improving plant reliability.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Maintenance / Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or relevant discipline;
  • Experience in a maintenance planner position on a large industrial manufacturing site;
  • Significant CMMS experience;
  • Significant Safe Access and isolation experience;
  • Contractor management and permit to work experience;
  • Excellent understanding of Australian Standards – AS1851 / AS2550 / AS4024;
  • Ability to travel internationally and interstate when required;
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
