Job Description: Assistant Store ManagerDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Foster a Fun and Supportive Work Environment: As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the shining light guiding our team towards success.
  • Fragrance Expertise: Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of scents, candles, and all things cozy.
  • Sales Excellence: Embrace your inner sales ninja and help customers find the perfect scent for every occasion.
  • Innovative Strategies: Collaborate with the Store Manager to brainstorm bright ideas and strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it's a warm and inviting space for all.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide personalised recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, restocking shelves, and keeping our fragrances readily available.
  • Team Motivation: Motivate and support the store team, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure a safe and clean store environment, so everyone can breathe easy.
About You:
  • Candle Passion: You know your lavender from your vanilla, and you can spot a soy candle from a mile away.
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role would be a glowing advantage.
  • Natural Leadership: You're a natural-born leader with the ability to inspire and encourage others to shine.
