We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at Ibis Perth. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining a high standard of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to ensure quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and execute menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation while following food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure efficient stock management, including ordering and proper storage of ingredients.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required.
• Uphold excellent kitchen organisation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Adapt to changing menus, special events, and seasonal offerings.
