As our Postie, you'll operate and deliver on our Electric Pushbike, serving as the face of our trusted business within your community and connecting Australians every day.

You'll work autonomously on the road, interact with others, and be a team player. This role is a permanent full-time position delivering on an electric pedal assist pushbike.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, starting at 6am and ending between 1:30pm and 3:00pm. You will begin your day at the Mount Waverley facility, complete the morning mail sort, then head to Springvale to start your deliveries.

Pay rate is $31.10 per hour for the first three months, increasing to $35.57 after training, plus 12% superannuation, 4 weeks annual leave, and other benefits.

You'll be

  • Starting your day early, sorting mail and parcels with your teammates.
  • Performing daily vehicle safety checks.
  • Loading your vehicle with deliveries.
  • Delivering outdoors in various weather conditions to homes and businesses.
  • Paired with experienced Rider Mentors for professional development.

About you

  • Experience riding off-road is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You will pass our practical riding assessment.
  • You are flexible to work additional hours if required.
  • You have a good memory, attention to detail, and can lift up to 16kg regularly.
  • You meet our safe working load limit of 115kg or less.
