The Role

Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in our KFC Arundel restaurant, located on the Gold Coast, QLD. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members. Responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant General Manager to lead and motivate the team, ensure smooth daily operations, and foster a positive and energetic work environment.

Key Criteria (Qualifications)
  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Must have competent computer skills
  • Energetic, resourceful and committed
