Peak Product Marketing Manager

Peak is a purpose-built generative AI platform designed for marketing teams. Backed by Time Under Tension, Australia's first generative AI experience agency, we partner with some of the most progressive brands to help them create faster, better, and on-brand using AI, responsibly and effectively.

We're growing fast and looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager in Australia to help shape the future of how marketing gets done. If you're fascinated by AI, passionate about building great tools, and love solving real user problems - this might be your place.

• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap and marketing for Peak, aligned with user needs and business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (our engineering team, founders and clients) to turn ideas into real features that Peak users love.
• Be a voice for the customer. Lead initiatives to understand pain points, behaviours, and workflows.
• Undertake product demonstrations to potential customers
• Onboard new customers, including set-up and customisation of Peak for their needs
• Regularly check-in with customers, particularly in the first two months, to ensure they are getting the best from Peak
• Drive the creation and launch of new AI "Skills," workflows, and integrations that help users deliver high-quality content with less effort.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on product execution - planning, writing user stories, running experiments and marketing Peak.
• Champion responsible AI usage and help shape how the world adopts generative technology.
• A curious, collaborative, and user-obsessed mindset.
• Experience in product / marketing management, growth marketing, AI tooling, content strategy, or any combination thereof.
• A love for tinkering with new tools - especially AI (you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be excited to dive in and play).
• Strong communication skills - you can turn technical features into clear narratives and help cross-functional teams stay aligned.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments. You're energised by building and learning quickly.
• A sharp sense of product intuition, and the humility to test that intuition constantly.

Experience is valued, but not essential. We care more about your passion, your ability to learn, and how well you collaborate.

• Experience working on B2B SaaS products or creative tooling.
• High exposure to tools like LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude etc), and media creation tools (Midjourney, Imagen etc).
• Background in marketing, communications, or design thinking.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or AI safety/ethics.
