Casual Retail Professional - Canberra Factory Outlet

We are seeking a Retail Professional to join our Canberra Factory Outlet in Fyshwick on a casual basis.

Please note, this role requires availability to work on both weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting or exceeding store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets by utilizing all available resources
  • Delivering excellent customer service standards to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Processing merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenishing fixtures to ensure full product representation
  • Representing the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way

Requirements: Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success record. Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Working hours: Availability across weekdays and weekends is required; please include your availability in your application.
