We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support our shop team, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising to showcase donated stock effectively
  2. Assisting customers and promoting Gift Aid, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  3. Handling company paperwork, including cashing up and banking transactions efficiently
  4. Training and supporting volunteers to develop their skills and confidence
  5. Sorting and preparing donated stock for sale, maximizing its potential
  6. Traveling between shops as needed to maintain a consistent brand image
  7. Supporting shop management and ensuring health and safety compliance across all locations
  8. Managing the shop in the absence of the Manager, making informed decisions with ease
  9. Representing the company's values through personal conduct, embodying compassion and respect
