What you bring
  • At least 2 years' experience in retail management—fashion retail is a big plus
  • A track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to give feedback that helps your team grow
  • A sharp eye for stock and sales trends—you use data to drive performance
  • Visual merchandising flair—you can bring our boho vision to life in-store
  • A personal style that reflects the Tree of Life spirit and inspires others
  • Flexibility to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, plus key retail periods like holidays and Christmas
