Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We are looking for a driven and analytical Investment Analyst to join Altor Capital, the alternative asset arm of Prime Financial Group. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across private equity and private credit, working alongside seasoned investors and decision-makers.

What You'll Do

As an Investment Analyst, you will support every stage of the investment lifecycle, from initial screening and due diligence to execution and portfolio management. You will:

• Conduct in depth market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
• Build and maintain detailed 3-statement financial models to evaluate opportunities. Lead financial modelling, data interpretation and forecasting.
• Prepare investment reports and presentations for committees and stakeholders.
• Support the assessment of investment opportunities including due diligence processes.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support portfolio company performance and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years' experience in investment banking, asset management, or a related field
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage competing deadlines with confidence and accuracy
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously
