We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent time management skills, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate thrives on initiative and responsibility, ensuring our properties run smoothly and guests receive exceptional service. The full-time equivalent salary for this position is $60,000 - $76,000 per annum; part-time salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple short-term rental properties, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain Quality & Standards: Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties meet high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation. Report any issues and coordinate necessary resolutions.
- Coordinate with Teams: Assist in managing housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service teams by scheduling cleanings, minor repairs, and service requests.
- Guest Support: Handle guest inquiries, minor complaints, and basic troubleshooting professionally to enhance the guest experience and uphold our Superhost reputation.
- Onboarding New Properties: Assist in the setup and onboarding process for new Airbnb listings, including coordinating photography, inventory checks, and ensuring all operational procedures are in place before the property goes live.
- Administrative Support: Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and documentation to keep operations organized and efficient.
- Monitor Property Performance: Help track occupancy rates, guest reviews, and property conditions, providing feedback to optimize performance.
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals (Airbnb experience preferred).
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with teams and handling guest interactions.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to resolving issues.
- Accountability & Teamwork: Takes responsibility for tasks, works well in a team, and ensures high operational standards.
- Physically fit, comfortable with frequent travel and property visits.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
