About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at Bonds Launceston Outlet. This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.

  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help your team meet budgets and KPIs.
  • Plan succession to enable your team members to progress into their next opportunities.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your discretion.
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coach your team and provide on-the-spot feedback.
  • Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive your business.
