Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative User Experience (UX) Designer/Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and engaging designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of usability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and research.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer/Researcher or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design and research skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Must be security cleared
