Overview

Come and join our Dulux Stores team We are looking for people-centric individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and an excellent experience. No industry experience is required; we will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands. This is a full-time role of 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday, based in our Dulux Acratex Render Texture & Panels Centre in Dandenong South VIC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels
  • Picking & Packing orders

Skills & Experience

  • Enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about helping others
  • Regularly lift products weighing up to 25 kg; being physically fit is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
  • Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
  • Forklift ticket
