From our 2001 launch as Inclusive Education Services to our evolution into Mylne Street Mental Health in 2011, and now Mind, Science & My Health, the MSMH journey reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in mental health care.

Headquartered at our newly relocated premises in Toowoomba, with rural hubs in Charleville and Kingaroy, MSMH continues to respond to the mental health needs of our communities.

Who We Serve
Our services address cognitive, behavioural, and neurological processes influencing well-being, particularly for clients who:
- Have experienced limited benefit from traditional disorder-focused treatments;
- Face complex challenges requiring individualized, inter-professional treatment plans;
- Have co-occurring mental and physical health concerns that require innovative, research-based supports.

At MSMH, we welcome clients across the lifespan, offering specialized care for presentations including:
- Neurodevelopmental Disorders (e.g., Intellectual Disability, ADHD, Autism, Learning Disorders);
- Anxiety, Mood and Trauma-related disorders;
- Stress-related responses to adversity (e.g., health factors, work-related stress, & relationship challenges).
