We are seeking a highly motivated Advertising Account Manager to join our Enterprise Account Management team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with top-tier brand and agency clients to develop and execute successful campaigns that drive exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a client-facing account management position
- Strong analytical skills, with an interest in data analysis to inform campaign optimization
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts (minimum of 10)
- A confident presenter with outstanding communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge and experience working with native advertising platforms
- Hands-on ad-operations experience, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
- An understanding of the online publisher landscape in Australia and New Zealand
Your Impact:
- Campaign Launches: Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure seamless campaign implementation, including conversion tracking codes, targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc.
- Campaign Management: Work with clients to achieve their campaign goals, manage budgeting, and scale campaigns for optimal performance
- Creative Management: Obtain RSS feeds, tracking codes, images, and headlines from clients, and upsell opportunities for more content and A/B testing
- Proactive Consultation: Ensure clients adhere to best practices, maximizing every opportunity for account success on the platform
- Reporting: Analyze and create custom reports for clients as needed
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Analyze book of business and identify growth and improvement opportunities
