Currently, Magnus Recruitment Solutions is seeking "Gardener (General)" in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Tasmania, and Perth.

We are seeking an experienced Gardener (General) to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform general gardening duties such as pruning, mowing, edging, planting, and watering.
  2. Use and maintain gardening equipment and machinery such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws.
  3. Apply fertilizers and pesticides as necessary to ensure plant health.
  4. Monitor and control pests and diseases in the garden.
  5. Maintain garden beds and ensure they are weed-free.
  6. Keep garden paths, patios, and outdoor spaces clean and well-maintained.
  7. Work with clients to identify their gardening needs and preferences.
  8. Develop and implement garden plans that meet clients' expectations and budgets.
  9. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
  3. Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery.
  4. Good physical stamina and strength.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Valid driver's license.
