Overview

Taste.com.au, the News Corp Australia food brand, has posted an opening for a sub-editor and producer based in Sydney. The position will be on a 12-month maternity leave cover contract.

Responsibilities
  • Craft copy and unique headlines while fine-tuning magazine layouts.
  • Collaborate with the chief sub-editor to ensure that Taste.com.au's print and digital content is delivered on deadlines and synchronised with the brand.
Qualifications
  • Sub-edited in a food brand for at least two years.
  • Demonstrable skill in writing, proofreading and fact/grammar checks.
  • Proficiency in social media, InDesign, Photoshop, Content Station, and WordPress.
