Dentons advises on transactions, structuring management of property interests, sales, purchases and complex leasing and has particular expertise in complex developments and titling. Our reputation has been built on helping clients expedite the development process and effectively managing contractual and commercial risk.

Our Real Estate practice works on complex property deals for a mix of Australian and overseas landlords, tenants, owners and investors across many aspects of commercial property, including retail and office leasing, acquisitions, disposals of commercial property and property developments.

About the Opportunity

The team is growing and actively recruiting a number of excellent opportunities so now is the perfect time to join us

This role is suited to an experienced conveyancing para legal or licensed conveyancer with ambition. We have a proud and well-earned reputation for developing our people whilst enjoying the journey. You will be exposed to challenging work across a mix of industrial commercial development and residential development and sales work. You will work with a valued experienced Solicitor and Managing Associate, and with a Partner who is passionate about working with you to advance your career development and progression.

About You

• You have seen volume conveyancing and want to do development related work a little higher up the chain now – again ambition.
• You have seen a good deal of landlord and/or tenant leasing work and are at ease with that kind of work – the work will not be cookie cutter and will tend to be tenant side.
• You are professional and understand the need to work collaboratively to support your colleagues with a sense of fun and interest in them.
