About the Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Kiosk Attendants to join our team for the 2024/2025 summer season. As a Kiosk Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patrons have a memorable experience. This role requires candidates who have availability on weekends and must be available for the Christmas/New Year period.

As a Kiosk Attendant, you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service to the patrons of the Marion Outdoor Pool. You will be energetic and enjoy working with children.

• Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner
• Serve snacks and meals in the kiosk area
• Handle cash and operate EFTPOS machines
• Prepare meals from the menu
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations

• Working with Children Check
• Child Safe Environments Certificate
• DoFoodSafely Certificate
• Previous customer service experience
