About the Role:

Based in Belmont, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our team with sales order processing and a variety of administrative tasks. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with team members to keep our records accurate, systems updated, and customer interactions seamless. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop valuable skills and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate order processing and fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records in the system
• Liaise with couriers and manage logistics communications
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, arranging restocking as required
• Reception duties, including customer pick-ups and greeting visitors
• Respond to general inquiries via phone, email or in person
• Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organised
• Assist with basic accounting tasks as required, training provided
• Perform other general office duties and administrative projects as and where required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Physically fit to perform a range of manual tasks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
• Must have current driver's license
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook is an advantage but not necessarily
