SAP Practice Lead - Sales role at Fujitsu

Fujitsu is looking for a dynamic and driven Practice Leader SAP Growth (Sales) to lead the charge in growing our SAP business across Australia and New Zealand. This role sits in the fastest-growing arm of our business and is a unique opportunity to shape the future of SAP in a global technology company renowned for delivering digital transformation at scale.

In this high-profile role, you will own the regional SAP growth strategy, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and lead major deals through to successful outcomes. You will work closely with local and global teams, uniting sales, delivery, portfolio, and partner resources to create compelling SAP solutions tailored to our clients digital transformation goals.

You will play a central role in driving new business across key offerings RISE, DSC, SuccessFactors, Signavio, and BTP, while deepening strategic partnerships with new and current clients. The personal sales target is approximately $15M, and the role is suited for someone who thrives in a high-performance, customer-focused environment.

About You

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Strategy & Customers
    • Creation and unification of the local SAP sales strategy including a clear outline of the business development plan.
    • Work with local Sales units to hone the plan to grow business within existing customers as well as targeting new name customers, including who, why, when, and how.
    • Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships across ANZ.
    • Drive net new business in SAP for offerings RISE, DSC, SuccessFactors, Signavio, and BTP.
  2. SAP Growth Leadership
    • Ensure SAP opportunities and deals are prioritized and the right resources applied.
    • Responsible for SAP sales performance management; collaborate with Sales Ops, Industry, Portfolio, and Practice teams to drive achievement of targets.
    • Create a high-performance SAP win culture and a collaborative environment.
  3. Sales Effectiveness
    • Deliver SAP revenue growth across the local country.
    • Follow the common sales methodology and maintain a continuous learning environment.
    • Develop focused pipeline coverage aligned with the Digital Transformation strategy of clients.
    • Maintain clear and consistent sales discipline to avoid duplication and ensure simple reporting.

Requirements:

  • SAP Experience: proven ability to run and grow multiple large-scale, complex sales-led opportunities in parallel; prior SAP sales roles in the local market at CxO level.
  • Qualifications in business or related functions.
  • Certifications in SAP offering sales/pre-sales for targeted offerings.
  • Influence: ability to influence at all levels of the organization and with customers and partners; client relationship management across multiple business sectors.
  • Communicator: ability to convey a clear vision and direction and make messages tangible.
  • Experience working in high-performance teams and delivering a sales strategy.
