We're looking for an experienced Technical Writer to support the delivery of cutting-edge cyberspace and ICT capabilities. Working under the guidance of an Engineering Lead, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality documentation that supports product release, sustainment, and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Write and maintain technical artefacts: functional specs, design docs, SOPs, manuals, compliance docs, and more
  • Translate complex systems into clear documentation for varied audiences
  • Ensure alignment with Australian and international standards
  • Manage version control and document updates
  • Work closely with engineering, ILS, and project teams

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in technical writing or related field
  • Strong procedural and technical writing skills
  • Excellent communication and self-management
  • SAFe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hold NV1 security clearance (Australian citizenship required)

Nice to Have

  • Project management experience (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK)
  • ICT project delivery, ILS or T&E/V&V knowledge
  • Experience in complex or regulated environments
