As a Mental Health Worker in Warwick, you'll bring your expertise as an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Speech Pathologist to a multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, recovery and wellbeing. This role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a regional setting where relationships matter and your contribution is truly valued.

What Your Day Will Look Like….

You'll provide tailored assessments and therapy to young people navigating mental health challenges, working closely with families and other professionals to shape care that's practical, respectful and evidence-based. Your day might include coordinating with schools, leading group sessions, contributing to service improvements or mentoring junior staff. Whether you're supporting a child through a tough moment or helping a family understand the path ahead, your work will be grounded in empathy, collaboration and clinical integrity.
