About the Role

• The iconic Big Banana is seeking a Cafe Supervisor for our Licensed Going Bananas Café and Ice Creamery
• Assist Cafe Manager to motivate, develop and lead a large team
• Help foster a culture that delivers the highest standard of Customer Service
• Monitor food standards to ensure that it is presented & served in line with the companies high standards
• Ensure the business meets the highest health & safety standards
• Monitoring of deliveries, inventory & orders
• Ensure day to day systems and standards are adhered to

About You

• Experience in hospitality supervison (2 year minimum)
• The Café Supervisor works closely with the manager to supervise all day-to-day operations, to ensure a smooth running of the business. You will bring a friendly, positive and energetic attitude that is contagious to your team
• Hold a current NSW RSA
• A passionate professional who loves working "hands on" in hospitality & working with a diverse group of people
• An ability to coach, develop, manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
• An ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
