Position: Casual Sales Assistant - Launceston

We are seeking extremely friendly Sales Assistants to work on a casual basis at our Launceston store. The ideal candidate will have full availability across the entire workweek, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and aim to impress our customers
  • Be highly motivated, proactive, and reliable
  • Maintain high integrity and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Stay composed under stress and pressure
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to succeed
  • Pay attention to detail and take a hands-on approach
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in a high-volume, disciplined retail environment
  • Exhibit strong merchandising skills
  • Be committed to the care of pets
  • Be flexible with working days and hours, including weekends
  • Be prepared to lift heavy items, such as bags of dog food

We value candidates who want to grow with the business and work collaboratively to achieve results. Pet experience or knowledge is a plus.
