About You

Your main responsibility is to install specified Construction projects in accordance with Otis' policies, procedures,and quality standards, contract specifications, timelines and applicable statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for complying with company Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures, including reporting any conditions that may impact the environment or any employee.
  • Maintain and work to the Quality System including, procedures and manuals. Identify process improvement opportunities and help facilitate continuous improvement to satisfy the customers of your processes.
  • Administer and manage the works contract between Otis and the customer.
  • Ensures that company vehicles, tools equipment and materials are correctly maintained.
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure the project is installed on time and on budget

What You Will Need To Be Successful
  • Trade certificate in Mechanical Fitting or Electrical
  • Working safely at heights qualification
  • Basic rigging qualification
  • Proven planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
