Details: The Director People role offers autonomy and accountability in supporting numerous human resources (HR) projects and plays a pivotal role in initiating, developing and guiding HR programs to support the Agency's strategic objectives. The role is responsible for leading and managing a team responsible for recruitment, workplace relations in delivering high level contemporary advice and guidance on a range of workplace and industrial matters in accordance with the relevant employment frameworks.
This position requires a leader with a strong, considered and an engaging people focus to successfully deliver and drive a culture of respect, integrity, merit and sound administrative decision making. The ideal candidate will possess an innate ability to draw on the right skills in a contextually and environmentally.
Eligibility/Other Requirements: Highly Desirable: Relevant HR qualifications or extensive HR experience in a similar role/setting.
Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
