- Assess participants' communication and swallowing / feeding skills
- Provide complex therapeutic interventions
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians
- Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Key Workers and Allied Health Assistants
- PD opportunities (in-house) - 3 x weekly professional development sessions + online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programs + access up to $10,000/year for attending PD events through the NSW Rural Doctors Network
- Supervision – paired with a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour of 1:1 weekly supervision

- Considerable experience providing therapy to a variety of clients, or specialization in paediatrics, in a range of settings
- Enthusiasm to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Passion for working with vulnerable members of the community
- Desire to share your knowledge and inspire junior clinicians
- Own reliable vehicle and current full drivers licence
- Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
