Overview

The Health and Wellbeing Program Lead is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of initiatives that promote and enhance the health, safety, and wellbeing of VICSES members. This role will drive the implementation of evidence-based programs, foster a culture of wellbeing across the organisation, and provide leadership in embedding sustainable practices that support both individual and organisational resilience.

Responsibilities
  • The Health and Wellbeing Program Lead is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of initiatives that promote and enhance the health, safety, and wellbeing of VICSES members. This role will drive the implementation of evidence-based programs, foster a culture of wellbeing across the organisation, and provide leadership in embedding sustainable practices that support both individual and organisational resilience.
Remuneration and Employment
  • $113,022 to $124,884 + 12% Super
  • Ongoing, Full Time
  • Flexible working arrangements options available
Who We Are

Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer-based emergency service. Our volunteers are trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments. We focus on building resilience in communities to minimise the impact of emergencies and support recovery. We assist in road rescue, search and rescue operations, and support partner agencies during major incidents.
