Responsibilities- Work on top-tier matters, including complex commercial, industrial, retail and residential transactions, acquisitions and bulk developments, as well as complex leasing matters.
- Assist in developing our group of junior lawyers and have the opportunity to run matters with senior candidates and clients.
- Gain exposure to our renewable energy practice.
- from 4+ years PAE
- experience in property development and commercial transactions
- transactional/commercial leasing experience (office, industrial and retail) acting for both landlords and tenants
- strong interpersonal skills to work with our wider team and clients
