Role Overview

We seek a dynamic creative pairing — Art Director and Copywriter.

You will be a creative team capable of ideating, designing, and producing art direction and copy for campaigns, passionate about storytelling, design, and impactful ideas that make brands stand out.

Responsibilities

As a Team:

  • Develop engaging, original concepts across various platforms (digital, social, print, video, etc.)
  • Present creative ideas clearly and enthusiastically to internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with strategists, account managers, and production teams to ensure high-quality execution
  • Adapt creative ideas for different media, channels, and audiences
  • Stay updated on trends, pop culture, and emerging technologies to inspire innovation

Art Direction

  • Develop and execute digital media campaigns, creating assets aligned with client visions through owned media and paid channels
  • Maintain high standards of visual execution and craftsmanship
  • Handle day-to-day art direction and campaign asset implementation
  • Design assets, layouts, and storyboards that embody a brand's personality
  • Guide visual tone and consistency across campaigns

Copywriting

  • Create compelling, clear, and on-brand copy for various touchpoints
  • Develop headlines, taglines, scripts, and long-form content as needed
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and strategic goals
  • Work collaboratively with Art Directors and Designers
  • Generate and communicate creative ideas for innovative campaigns
  • Refine and develop brand tone of voice across campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with your Art Director partner for conceptual unity
  • Edit and proofread content with attention to detail and consistency

  • Art Director: Proficiency in Adobe Software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Copywriter: Excellent grammar and editing skills
