About the RoleWe are seeking a Reliability Electrician to support the Tip Top Springwood Reliability Team. Reporting to the Reliability Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth plant operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to electrical breakdowns and perform fault finding in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Service and maintain machinery according to schedules and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with production and reliability teams to resolve plant issues.
- Support contractor management and safety protocols.
- Participate in audits and maintain high product quality.
- Ensure machinery operates correctly to minimize downtime, including reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
- PLC programming and fault-finding skills.
- Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Working at Heights licence; EWP desirable.
- Experience with MEX CMMS advantageous.
- Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
