We are seeking a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our Community Integration Team for a part-time, fixed-term parental leave cover until October 2026.
OverviewThe role is 30.4 hours per week, with flexible start/finish locations and the ability to work remotely. Attendance on site at our Richmond office is required once per week or fortnight. You will be part of the Community Integration Team and have access to ongoing professional development and connections within the Epworth network.
Responsibilities- Being a dynamic and self-motivated clinician who builds strong working relationships with clients
- Making well considered clinical decisions
- Delivering exceptional care in a community setting
- Optimising client outcomes
- Having well-developed organisational and planning skills
- Interacting and collaborating with all members of a multidisciplinary team
- A full current driver's licence
- Relevant experience in a community rehabilitation setting (desirable)
- Well-developed expertise in assessment, intervention and discharge planning
- Knowledge of the private not-for-profit sector
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- A flexible mindset to meet the many clinical needs of clients
- The natural ability to be proactive and responsive to changing client profiles and service demands

Our strong team ethos extends across our rehabilitation and mental health services at our Epworth hospitals in Richmond, Camberwell, Hawthorn and Geelong. Qualifications (continued)- A Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
