Join Fragomen's corporate migration team in Sydney as a Graduate, supporting immigration law matters in a global, fast-paced environment.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload under supervision and proactively handling workflows with direct client contact.
  • Preparing and filing visa applications in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Drafting legal documents and client correspondence.
  • Acting as the day-to-day liaison with clients, assisting in client interviews, and conducting legal research.
  • Collaborating closely with a team of immigration lawyers and administrative staff.
  • Working in a fast-paced, friendly legal team with a focus on attention to detail.
About you

Qualifications

  • Recent graduation from law school or recent admission to legal practice, or strong Paralegal skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Quick learning ability with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Focus on client service, with the ability to work with a range of clients to understand challenges and execute solutions.
  • Process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in various systems and technology.
  • Accountability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Effective teamwork skills and a flexible, can-do approach.
  • Demonstrated interest in Immigration or Administrative law is preferred but not required.
